We care for children 6 weeks to 6 years old. We are able to care for your child for up to 3 hours per day. Please be prompt in picking up your child. If your child is in the Attended Play Area for more than 3 hours, you will be charged a fee of $1.00 per minute per child if not picked up within 5 minutes of the three-hour time limit or closing of the Attended Play Area.

Parents MUST be on the premises while their children are in the Attended Play Area or doing a club sponsored activity that begins and ends at the club.

Children must be signed in and out of the the child care by a parents or guardian ONLY, siblings are NOT allowed to sign in or out a child. Children will only be released to the person who signed them in. If you have more than one person who is able to sign them in or out, YOU MUST be sure they are on the authorized pick up sheet. If you need to make other arrangements, or if there is an emergency, only the club manager or officer can make an exception. You maybe asked to show an ID, and anyone other than the parent picking up the child will be asked to show an ID.

Children are REQUIRED to wear socks or shoes and undergarments. Please have your child dressed appropriately.

We do not potty train. If your children are in the process of potty training, please bring them in diapers/pull ups. We are not authorized to touch your child to help them use the restroom. We will however clean them up hygienically. If these boundaries make you uncomfortable, please notify the attendant in advance.

As we all know accidents can happen. If no spare clothes are provided the parent will have to pick up the child immediately. Please bring changing supplies. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU SUPPLY AMPLE DIAPERS AND CLOTHES FOR YOUR CHILD.

We are not able to administer any medicine to your child. If anything needs to be given to your child, i.e medicine, drops, etc.please inform the attendants as they will come and get you as needed. The only exception to the above would be if the child has a severe diaper rash, we can administer an over the counter cream YOU provide, but nothing that carries a prescription.

Please no toys from Home. This includes electronic devices. This is the number one cause of alterations between children of any age. If the child has an age appropriate Kindle or similar device that could be seen by and child of any age, that device could be approved by the Attended Play area attendant.

Dry snack only, PLEASE NO NUTS, because of allergy concerns. We do  not spoon feed young children. Bottles must be pre-measured (water and formula). Children who are not able to eat dry snacks can have a snack that must be spoon fed.

Children should enter the Attended Play Area with a clean diaper. Diapers are checked hourly, and changed as needed. if no diapers are provided, then the parent will be asked to come to the Attended Plat Area and pick up your child.

Our Attended Play Are operates for well children only.

If the child care staff is unable to comfort your crying child after 15 minutes, you will be notified and asked to come help comfort him/her.
